Governor Wike had during a Senatorial Campaign rally of the party begged Rivers People to save his political career by not voting for a President that will kill him.
The Atiku loyalist in an open letter to governor WIKE, questioned why he wants what they described as self-preservation rather than the people.
According to the letter signed by the Publicity Secretary of Atiku-Okowa Presidential campaign Council, Leloonu Nwibubasa, the loyalist claimed that several Rivers sons and daughters had forfeited their personal ambitions and purpose to focus on governor Wike’s unending drive for power including his ambition to become the President of the country.
Nwibubasa lamented that civil servants under governor WIKE are not worthy of reward or promotion, while schools in the state have been left without teachers and health centres without Doctors.
Nwibubasa who is a former Commissioner for Employment Generation and Economic Empowerment, alleged that governor Wike artificially created poverty to keep everyone under his control.
