The suspect identified as KADIRI UMATE as arrested by troops of Operation Lafiya Dole during a patrol mission from Bama to Pulka in Borno State.
The Acting Director of Army Public Relations, Colonel SANI USMAN said KADIRI UMATE and other suspected terrorists were trying to cross into Sambisa forest when he was arrested while his co-travelers fled.
Colonel USMAN disclosed in a statement circulated online that the suspected terrorists were from Firgi and Zawan axis of Bama Local Government Area.
He said the patrol team recovered thirty-five packets of Glucose Intravenous infusion, assorted analgesics and pain killer drugs, clothes, bathroom slippers, insecticides, salt, kola nuts and a bicycle.
The Army spokesman said troops also captured a suspected Boko Haram logistics and fuel supplier identified as FANTOMA LASANI at Muna garage.
He said the suspect who hails from Flatari village, in Bama Local Government Area, is among those he described as unpatriotic elements in the society that had been supplying Boko Haram terrorists with Premium Motor Spirit and Automative Gas Oil in Bama, Gwoza and Sambisa general area.
