The move may have been influenced by
seeming dissatisfaction with by some
stakeholders in the manner the Federal
Government was handling what has been
described as hate speech by the coalition
of Arewa youths who warned Igbos in the
north to relocate before 1st October.
Chief GODDY UWAZURIKE who is a former
president of pan-Igbo think tank group,
Aka Ikenga, gave this indication in a
telephone interview with our
correspondent.
Chief UWAZURIKE criticized the Federal
Government to being lukewarm in handling
those who threatened the Igbos in the
North.
Chief GODDY UWAZURIKE joined other leaders
from the southern parts of Nigeria for a
meeting in Lagos over the weekend where
they resolved to ask the federal
government to take action to check the
threat against the Igbos.
