Archaeologists discovers ruins of ancient city in Egypt.

Experts say the city dates back more than five thousand years, with houses, tools, pottery and huge graves.

There are also fifteen newly discovered graves, the size of which is believed to indicate the high social standing of those buried.

The discovery was made by the River Nile, close to the Temple of Seti the First in Abydos; and it is believed to be home to important officials and tomb builders.
