The Senator for Kaduna Central Senatorial District was suspended over alleged acts of illegality against the APC.
The suspension of Senator SANI was contained in a letter signed by the state Secretary of APC, Mallam AWAL ABDULHAMID GARBA.
Senator SHEHU SANI had first been suspended for eleven months, with an option to defend himself on the allegation.
