The APC in a statement by the National Publicity Secretary, Felix Morka said the action of the individuals is without legal authority and therefore, should be regarded as a nullity and be disregarded.
Morka said the attention of the party leadership was drawn to media reports regarding a statement credited to some members of the South-South Zonal Executive Committee of the Party, insisting that Giadom and Udosen remain the South-South Zonal Vice Chairman and Secretary of the Party.
The statement warned the individuals, who are also signatories to the statement issued on behalf of the South-South Zonal Executive Committee to be ready to face disciplinary actions.
