Chief UCHENDU said Rivers State will be finally doomed if the country is restructured.
The APC chieftain claimed that the devolution of powers to the state will give room to abuse of powers, especially in Rivers State.
He noted that a state where there is no legislature and the budget is kept secret cannot be trusted with more powers.
