VINCENTE is facing charges of corruption, money-laundering and forgery against as part of an investigation by Portugal’s attorney general’s office in Lisbon.

The report quoted a government statement claiming that investigators alleged the Angolan Vice President paid Portuguese magistrate ORLANDO FIGUEIRA over eight hundred thousand dollars.
The money was allegedly meant to drop two investigations that involved money laundering and Angolan investments in Portugal.
