An Appeal Court sitting in Port Harcourt has granted the application by APC candidate for Ogba-Egbema-Ndoni Federal Constituency in Rivers State, LUCKY ODILI, for substituted service of the hearing notice of the petition against his PDP rival, Prince UCHE NNAM-OBI who was declared winner of the National Assembly election on 28th of March.
In his brief lead judgment, Justice MODUPE FASANMI granted the order of the APC candidate substituted service on the first respondent at the Palace of the Oba of Ogbaland at Omoku.
The Appellate Court also granted that the serve on the PDP opponent could also be served through the office of the Clerk of the House of Assembly in Abuja of the Rivers State Secretariat of the PDP on Aba Road in Port Harcourt.
Counsel to the appellant, JOSHUA OTUBELA spoke with correspondent VICTOR EZEAMA on the implication of the ruling.

Our correspondent reports that the Appeal Court also ordered hearing notices be served on other respondents, while hearing on other pending applications is expected to commence tomorrow.
