The Amaewhule family in the petition to President Muhammadu Buhari, Governor Nyesom Wike and Chief of Defence Staff signed by Fabulous Amaewhule had pleaded for an order removing military personnel from their property and should and to investigate alleged brutality and invasion by the Army.
Amaewhule in an interview with our correspondent alleged that some men in military uniform stormed the site and laid a siege on the land.
Reacting to the allegations, the Spokesman of Rumuagholu Community Ahams Chijioke said the claims by the Amaewhule family are false and are geared at misleading the general public.
Chijioke claimed that Rumuagholu people are original owners of the land situated at Ohia Onuhwo, Mini Mba, Rumuagholu Town following a supreme court judgment in their favour.
