Former Minister of Transportation and ex-Rivers State Governor, Rotimi Amaechi Rotimi Amaechi, has officially submitted his presidential nomination form under the African Democratic Congress African Democratic Congress ahead of the 2027 general elections.
Amaechi submitted the form at the party’s national secretariat in Abuja, marking a renewed bid for the presidency after previously contesting in 2023 under the All Progressives Congress.
His move comes amid ongoing political realignments within opposition ranks, following the exit of some prominent figures from other parties.
