Justice HALILU YUSUF ordered that the notice should be placed on the notice board of the National Assembly.
Justice YUSUF also fixed 27th of June, which is on Monday next week, for the arraignment of the accused persons.
The order was granted following an application by the State Prosecutor, CASTRO DAVID who is a Senior Advocate of Nigeria.
The senior lawyer approached the court to seek other means of serving the summons to the defendants in line with provisions of the Administration of Criminal Justice Act.
Our correspondent, JAMES IGAH reports that Senator SARAKI and three other defendants involved in the case were not in court because they have not been served.
The charges against the Principal Officers of the National Assembly also include the Deputy Senate President, IKE EKWEREMADU.
