President TALON returned to the main city, Cotonou, on Sunday after being absent for more than three weeks.
A statement said a lesion was removed at an early stage in President TALON’s prostate, while the second operation was to correct complications to his digestive system which arose after the first operation, which fueled speculations about his health.
