Another petition filed by JAMES FALEKE; the running-mate to late APC candidate, ABUBARKAR AUDU who died before the conclusion of the election, was also thrown out.
Our correspondent reports that the decision of the Supreme Court was unanimous, and the 30th of September was reserved for details of the judgment.
