Meanwhile; reports from the United States say several artists chose to skip the Grammys, including KANYE WEST as well as FRANK OCEAN who even declined to submit his critically-acclaimed album, Blonde, for consideration.
OCEAN was quoted as saying the Grammys did not seem to be representing very well for his kind of people.
