Before adjourning the case to 24th February, Justice YUSUF reaffirmed the position of the court that the accused persons were entitled to bail and having being admitted to same since 2015 when they were first charged.
You will recall that DASUKI and five others were first arraigned before Justice PETER AFFEN of the FCT High Court before the case was transferred to Justice YUSUF BABA.
