A Federal High Court in Lagos has rejected a request by former Niger Delta militant leader, GOVERNMENT EKPEMUPOLO, seeking to set aside the bench warrant issued against him on January 14. Justice IBRAHIM BUBA ruled that the warrant of arrest issued against TOMPOLO still stands, and ordered all law enforcement agencies in the country to he was produced before the court on 19th of February.TOMPOLO is wanted by the court over an alleged thirty-four billion naira fraud, which he allegedly perpetrated in conjunction with nine others.His alleged accomplices include the immediate-past Director General of the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency, PATRICK AKPOBOLOKEMI.
