A Court of Appeal sitting in Port Harcourt will today rule on an application filed by the candidate of the All Progressives Congress for Ogba-Egbema-Ndoni Federal Constituency, LUCKY ODILI.

A Court of Appeal sitting in Port Harcourt will today rule on an application filed by the candidate of the All Progressives Congress for Ogba-Egbema-Ndoni Federal Constituency, LUCKY ODILI.
The APC candidate is challenging the victory of Prince UCHE NNAM-OBI of the Peoples Democratic Party in the National Assembly election on 28th of March this year.
LUCKY ODILI had sought the leave of the Appellate Court to issue a substituted service on NNAM-OBI, who is the second respondent in the election petition.
Correspondent VICTOR EZEAMA reports that other respondents in the matter are the Peoples Democratic Party, the Independent National Electoral Commission and the Nigerian Army.
