The fake lawyer was identified as fifty-eight-year-old man who addresses himself as Pastor ALPHA JUDGE. He was arrested based on the observation of Justice ADOLPHUS ENEBELI of the Rivers State High Court in Port Harcourt. The NBA spokesman, ANGUS CHUKWUKA who confirmed the arrest to newsmen in Port Harcourt, said the NBA remained committed to deal with the issue of quacks posing as lawyers. CHUKWUMA said Pastor ALPHA JUDGE has been parading himself as the Coordinator of Global Rights and Development International in Rivers and Bayelsa states.
The NBA spokesman said Pastor JUDGE will be made to face severe punishment to serve as a deterrent to other individuals who may be tempted to pose as lawyers without qualification.
