Our correspondent UCHENDU EJIOWHOR reports that the leadership of the APC in Etche has also named a former Member of the House of Representative, OGBONNA NWUKE as potential Chairman of the party in the area.
The decisions were contained in a communiqué adopted at the end of a meeting by the Etche APC Caucus with other major stakeholders.
According to the communiqué read by OGBONNA NWUKE, it was alleged that ALLWELL ONYESOH had been involved in anti-party activities.
It was alleged that ONYESOH was working against the interest of the APC and in disobedient to the State APC leader and Minister of Transportation, ROTIMI AMAECHI, who had asked for a halt in all activities ahead of 2019 general election.
Our correspondent reports that eleven out of seventeen members of the APC Caucus in Etche signed the communiqué on the suspension of ALLWELL ONYESOH.
Efforts by our correspondent to get the reaction of ONYESOH to the action against him have not yielded any result.
