The six-man Panel is chaired by SAM EGBE, while the Secretary is Sir SAMUEL IBEMERU, who is the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Chieftaincy and Community Affairs.
Other members are Doctor SAMUEL WENEDO, Doctor BENIBO GEORGE, Doctor GODSPOWER JACKSON IRIKANA and HENRY AMADI from the Ministry of Justice as Principal State Counsel.
In signing the instrument empowering the Administrative Panel; Governor WIKE also charged the team to hold public hearings to gather information on the subject matter.
Governor WIKE is also billed to inaugurate members of the Administrative Panel today at the Executive Council Chambers of the Government House in Port Harcourt.
The Special Assistant to the Governor on Electronic Media, SIMEON NWAKAUDU, disclosed in a statement that the move is in line with the powers conferred on the Governor through the 1999 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
