You will recall that Justice SYLVESTER NGWUTA was slammed with a fifteen-count charge of corruption, to which he pleaded not guilty in November last year and was granted bail.
Justice NGWUTA was arrested along with seven other senior judges in a nationwide sting operation carried out by the Department of State Services in October last year.
