KANU is suing the Federal Government for eight hundred million United States Dollars for alleged violation of his fundamental human rights over his prolonged incarceration.
In the suit before the ECOWAS Court of Justice, NNAMDI KANU is also demanding the release of his personal belongings by the government.
We understand that the case has been fixed for hearing on 8th of November.
