The Chairman of Ikwerre Local Government Area, Charles Wobodo, has expressed satisfaction with the turnout of party members during the APC House of Representatives primary in Ward Seven, Omuanwa.
He described the ward as politically active and supportive of government initiatives, pledging continued support for the federal administration.
The APC candidate for Ikwerre/Emohua, Joy Onyezor Onyebuchi, also commended the peaceful conduct of the exercise and urged voters to maintain peace during the general elections.
Former representative Chidi Wihioka and APC LGA Chairman Kingsley Okpara also praised the smooth conduct of the primaries and reaffirmed political support for national leadership.
