The thirty-six persons were initially arraigned to court on Monday 16 Sept in Port Harcourt.
However, when the matter came up in court Chief Magistrate M.O.CHUKWU granted the offenders bail with one surety in the like sum of two hundred thousand naira.
Our correspondent reports that the Magistrate adjourned the case to 16 October for hearing.
