President MUHAMMADU BUHARI is scheduled to present the 2017 Appropriation Bill before a joint session of the National Assembly next week.
This was made known by the Minister of Budget and National Planning, Senator UDO UDOMA, after the Federal Executive Council meeting at the State House in Abuja.
However; Senator UDOMA said it was up to the National Assembly to determine the exact date they want President BUHARI to present the budget.
The Minister did not give details about the content of the Appropriation Bill, but said the preparation has been done in such a way as to avoid the setback that delayed the approval of the 2016 Budget.
