Zambian opposition party kicks against swearing in ceremony of President EDGAR LUNGU.

The UPND led by HAKAINDE HICHILEMA said the party would ensure that the swearing in ceremony does not tomorrow at the Supreme Court.

The UPND had filed a motion against the new President, EDGAR LUNGU, his running mate, ININGE WINA and the Electoral Commission of Zambia following the loss in the August 11th election.

The party reportedly launched an appeal at the High court, which was struck off the roll after a motion against LUNGU was thrown out by the country’s constitutional court last week.
