The affected principals are those of Community Secondary School Elibrada and Community Secondary School Rumuji both in Emohua Local Government Area of Rivers State.
Rivers State Commissioner for Education, Professor Kaniye Ebeku who ordered their removal said the affected principals converted hygiene kits distributed by the state government for school for their personal use.
The commissioner warned that any sabotage of the state governments directives and efforts in ensuring the safety of students will not be tolerated.
He further, directed the secondary school board to appoint the next in line in the schools as acting principals.
