TRUMP had his nomination confirmed on the first day of the Republican National Convention, ahead of elections in November.
The opening of the Republican Convention was overshadowed by claims of plagiarism against TRUMP’s wife, MELANIA who was alleged to have reproduced part of a convention speech delivered by US First Lady, MICHELLE OBAMA in 2008.
