Itubo who spoke on Real Talk, a programme on Today 95.1 FM said every decision taken by the Martins Amaewhule-led House of Assembly is null and void, citing the several litigations in that regard.
She said Governor Siminalayi Fubara is only recognizing the Amaewhule-led Assembly for now because of the eight-point resolution signed at the Presidential Villa in the presence of President Bola Tinubu.
Itubo also stated that the inauguration of the ex-commissioners by the governor shows he has integrity and is complying with the resolutions within his power.
Responding to questions on Governor Fubara working with people he does not trust, the Labor Party governorship candidate said the governor can work with anybody but will put checks to their actions.
