The Nigerian Medical Association has welcomed the emergency stakeholders meeting called by the Federal government.
Rivers State Chairman of NMA, Doctor FURO GREEN said the spread of Lassa fever and the re-emergence of Avian Influenza, also known as Bird Flu, call for concern.
