The Acting Director of Army Public Relations, Colonel SANI USMAN said DAYIBU ABDULLAHI and NASIRU ADAMU at Badiko village along Gumau road.
Colonel USMAN confirmed in a statement that the troops also recovered a bag containing the sum of four hundred and thirty nine thousand naira.
The Army spokesman said another suspected kidnapper, identified as JIBRIN DAKAM, was also arrested at Magama, also in Toro Local Government Area.
Elsewhere; troops deployed at a checkpoint near Durum, in Bauchi Local Government Area, arrested a suspected armed robber named ADAMU SALEH who was found arms.
Colonel SANI USMAN said all the suspects are being interrogated before they would be handed over to other relevant security agencies.
