The Judicial Panel of Inquiry has received knocks for its method of inquiry on the Agriculture loan. An observer, who is also a legal practitioner, CHIZI ENYI is of the opinion that former Caretaker Committee Chairmen of Local Government being Presidents of the co-operative societies that benefitted from the Agric grant was irrelevant. CHIZI ENYI also claimed that the tone of the probe was leaning towards a political dimension. In the meantime, the commission adjourned sitting till today when Emma Chinda is expected to be present.
