The Independent National Electoral Commission has said it is committed to improve on the March 19 re-run election in Rivers state.Resident Electoral Commissioner in Rivers state, ANIEDI IKOIWAK said this while speaking at the INEC Secretariat on Aba road, in Port Harcourt.
IKOIWAK said it is INEC has learnt from the last election adding the short-comings will be addressed in subsequent elections.
