This was the outcome of a meeting between the Deputy Governor of Rivers State, Doctor IPALIBO HARRY BANIGO and her Enugu State counterpart; CECILIA OBIOMA EZEILO at the Government House in Port Harcourt.
The Deputy Governors underscored the strategic and historical relationship that exists between Rivers and Enugu, including being controlled by the PDP, as strong points to push for a common front against any form of marginalization by the APC-controlled Federal Government.
