The former military Head of State, IBRAHIM BABANGIDA has commended efforts of President MUHAMMADU BUHARI to contain Boko Haram insurgency in the north-east region of Nigeria.

The former military Head of State, IBRAHIM BABANGIDA has commended  efforts of President MUHAMMADU BUHARI to contain Boko Haram insurgency in the north-east region of Nigeria. BABANGIDA gave the commendation during a media briefing in Minna, Niger State to mark his 74th birthday. The former President also called for great commitment and training on the part of various security agencies to checkmate acts of insurgency in the country. He urged BUHARI’S administration to sustain the policy stands against insurgency and corruption.
