The European Union is to hold a special summit with Turkey in early March in an attempt to deal with the migration crisis.
European Council President DONALD TUSK said after late-night talks at an EU gathering in Brussels that the EU-Turkey action plan is a priority.
Meanwhile; the EU has pledged three billion dollars to Turkey in return for housing refugees on its territory.
