The Deputy Inspector General of Police in charge of Operations, SOTONYE WAKAMA, has arrived in Rivers State.Also in Rivers State is a National Commissioner of the Independent National Electoral Commission, AMINA ZAKARI.Our correspondent VICTOR EZEAMA reports that both D.I.G WAKAMA and the INEC Commissioner, AMINA ZAKARI held a meeting at the INEC office on Aba Road in Port Harcourt.Addressing newsmen after the meeting; D.I.G WAKAMA left a serious warning for those who may be considering violating the rules guiding the conduct of elections.On her part; the INEC National Commissioner, AMINA ZAKARI assured that the elections would be free and fair.AMINA ZAKARI is a National Commissioner of the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC.
