This followed the withdrawal of Justice ENEBELI of the Rivers State High Court who has been handling the matter brought by ANYANWU’s rival in the APC primaries. Our correspondent, CHINEDU IWUNNA reports that the suit has been transferred to another judge, following the development, after Justice ENEBELI announced he was withdrawing from the case for personal reasons.Justice ENEBELI had two weeks ago, adjourned the case till today, with a promise to give his ruling on the matter before the re-run elections. In his reaction; counsel to LEO ANYANWU, KELECHI UBANI, described the decision of the judge as honourable. No new date has been fixed for continuation of the suit challenging the APC candidate for Omuma State Constituency.
