The APC in Rivers State has reacted to the failure by INEC to allow forensic inspection of materials used for the governorship election in April. The party said INEC violated an order of the Governorship Election Tribunal sitting in Abuja by its action. State Publicity Secretary of the APC, CHRIS FINEBONE, said the tribunal sitting in Abuja had handed three orders at various times, in which it was unequivocally embedded that the INEC must allow and facilitate the forensic examination of specified election materials for the purpose of presenting same before the Tribunal.
