The All Progressives Congress in Rivers State has confirmed the appointment of its governorship candidate, DAKUKU PETERSIDE as the Director General of the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency, NIMASA.The APC said the appointment of DAKUKU PETERSIDE is a further call to service, and it was not in doubt that he would excel.State Publicity Secretary of the APC, CHRIS FINEBONE, recalled that PETERSIDE left no one in doubt when he served as Rivers State Commissioner for Works from 2007 to 2011.FINEBONE said DAKUKU PETERSIDE has what it takes to meet and surpass the challenge the public office bestows on him.The appointment of PETERSIDE was contained in a statement released by the Director of Press and Public Relations in the Federal Ministry of Transportation, YETUNDE SONAIKE.
