The Chairman of Ikwerre Local Government Area, Charles Wobodo, has kicked against the zoning of political offices in Rivers State, describing it as a system that does not promote competence or development. He stated this while addressing journalists after the APC governorship primary in Ikwerre. Wobodo argued that what Rivers State needs is leadership based
