Iran’s deputy foreign minister, Majid Takht-Ravanchi, has warned that the United States must rule out any further strikes on Iran if it hopes to re-engage in diplomatic negotiations. Takht-Ravanchi stated that the Trump administration has communicated through mediators its interest in returning to talks with Iran. However, he emphasized that the US has not clarified
