A group, the Sanitation Volunteer Marshal, has called on the Rivers State Government to urgently recruit environmental officers to ensure proper and sustainable sanitation across the state. The Coordinator of the Sanitation Volunteer Marshal, Sodin Akiagba, made the appeal during an interview with journalists, noting that the retirement of several environmental officers has created a
