In response to the recurring clashes between farmers and herders in several local government areas, the Rivers State Government has inaugurated a committee to investigate and address the root causes of the conflicts. The committee is chaired by the Secretary to the State Government, Professor Ibibia Worika. Speaking during the inauguration in Port Harcourt, Professor
