The Rivers State Government has reiterated its commitment to intensifying the fight against Gender-Based Violence (GBV) across the state. Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Social Welfare and Rehabilitation, Lauretta Davies Dimkpa, gave the assurance during her opening remarks at the commencement of a three-day refresher training on Transformative GBV Prevention for members of the
