The Chief Security Officer of Alakahia Community in Obio/Akpor Local Government Area of Rivers State, Anele Noble-Dike, has attributed the increasing attacks on local security personnel to the enemies they make while combating criminal activities in their communities. Speaking with Today FM’s Preye Izogu, Noble-Dike called for retired police officers, serving Chief Security Officers and
