The Rivers State Police Command has confirmed the arrest of a suspect in connection with the killing of a young woman from Emohua Local Government Area of the state. Police Public Relations Officer, CSP Grace Iringe-Koko, disclosed that the command acted promptly after a report was filed last month that the victim had gone missing.
