The 2025 Rivers State Flood Prevention and Management Committee has distributed relief materials to persons with disabilities and non-indigenes in the state as part of efforts to cushion the impact of flooding on vulnerable groups. The distribution exercise took place at the Central Medical Stores, Port Harcourt. Speaking on behalf of the Committee Chairman and
