The Edo State Resident Electoral Commissioner (REC), Prof. Anugbom Onuoha, says many of the criticisms Nigerians direct at the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) are actually the result of failures by political parties to fulfil their responsibilities. Prof. Onuoha, an indigene of Rumuepirikom in Obio/Akpor LGA, told our reporter, Emelda Ifeme, that most political parties
